SCIB GTB is looking for a DevOps Engineer based out of MÁLAGA, Spain offices.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will contribute to the modernization of our DevSecOps practices by applying intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining traditional DevSecOps skills with emerging technologies like AI, GenAI and machine learning to help build scalable, self-healing, and resilient systems in a secure and regulated banking environment.

• Foster DevOps workflows Automation and optimization using AI and GenAI tools to reduce manual effort and increase system resilience.
• Ensure deployment and integration processes are executed with high levels of efficiency, predictability, quality, and security.
• Help designing intelligent monitoring systems that leverage machine learning for anomaly detection, predictive alerts, and root cause analysis. Support production issue resolution and coordinate with development teams to accelerate time to recovery.
• Foster integration of GenAI agents into CI/CD pipelines to assist with code generation, testing and deployment tasks.
• Contribute to prompt engineering efforts to fine-tune internal AI agents for operational efficiency and developer support.
• Continuously evaluate and implement emerging AIOps tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with ML and data teams to support the deployment and lifecycle management of AI/LLM models
• Embed security and compliance checks into automated workflows using AI-enhanced DevSecOps practices.

Professional Experience

• 3 + years in DevOps, SRE or Infrastructure engineering roles (Required)
• Proven experience in automation, cloud deployments, and platform support (Required)
• XXXX (Preferred)

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline (Required)

Languages

• Fluent in English (Required)
• Spanish (Preferred)

Hard Skills

• Strong experience with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform) and Cloud platforms (AWS) (Required)
• Proficiency in GitHub Actions and related CI/CD tools (Required)
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, or GenAI tools in production environments (Required)
• Solid experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments (Required)
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, OpenSearch) (Required)
• Solid experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments. (Required)
• Comfortable scripting in Bash, Python, or similar languages (Preferred)
