Key Responsibility Areas:

• Assist BPM team with administration of systems and general settings i.e., CargoWise One, SAGE, Parcel Perfect
• Assist BPM team in ensuring system security and user control
• Assist with Business Unit reporting
• Schedule training with trainer and user as requested or where the need is identified
• Identifying gaps in operational processes
• Finding solutions to operational processes versus system gaps, e.g. using SQL queries
• Assist with implementation of system projects when required, e.g. EDI integration projects, application upgrades
• Assisting in application upgrade testing as allocated
• Manage integration and automation projects
• Assist with adhoc requests and reports as they are presented

Knowledge & Experience:

• Matric or senior certification equivalent
• Tertiary qualification and industry experience are recommended and highly advantageous
• High level of computer literacy
• Must be CargoWise Specialist Certified
• CargoWise Professional Certified (Advantageous)
• Excel level intermediate
