About the Role
We're looking for a Revenue Protection & Collection Senior Specialist to support our Customer Care teams in managing complex refund scenarios and maintaining high standards of operational accuracy across payments and ticketing processes.
This role sits at the intersection of refund operations and revenue protection, with a focus on preventing operational errors that can lead to financial losses while ensuring refund and ticketing workflows are handled correctly.
You will act as a subject matter expert for refunds, ticketing processes, ADM disputes in both ARC & BSP working closely with the CC Operations teams to resolve complex cases, provide guidance, and help strengthen operational practices across the organisation.
What You'll Do
Support Operations with complex refund, payments & BSP
Review and manage cases that present financial risk or potential losses ensuring cases are assessed and handled appropriately
Oversee revenue recovery initiatives, including waiver code recoveries and ADM dispute processes
Share insights and guidance to help teams improve accuracy and prevent recurring operational issues
What We're Looking For
3+ years expertise in GDS ticketing processes, including manual exchanges & refunds (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
Strong analytical capability with the ability to assess financial impact and identify risks
Confidence making risk-based decisions in complex operational scenarios
Experience managing complex refund and ticketing cases in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong ownership when reviewing loss scenarios and revenue recovery opportunities
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset
Working Hours & Conditions
Office-based in our Chicago headquarters, 3 weekdays per week
This role operates on a morning shift 8:00 to 4:30 (CDT) with weekend rotation 9:00 to 4:30 (CDT), alongside other specialists to ensure consistent operational coverage.
