In this role you will

- Create high-poly and optimized low-poly game assets, including characters, environments and props.
- Take ownership of tasks across multiple stages of production, including sculpting, modeling, retopology, unwrapping, baking and texturing.
- Import assets into and work in game engines (Unity, Starlite).
- Follow existing concepts while also improving and refining them where needed.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Game Design, Marketing, Development, Animation, and VFX, to ensure the right pipelines and methods are used for the best and most efficient results.
- Ensure tasks are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
- Proactively contribute to improving projects, processes, and pipelines.

What we're looking for

- Advanced skill level in Maya (modeling, retopology, unwrapping, etc.), ZBrush, Marmoset Toolbag, Photoshop, and Substance Painter.
- Ability to work efficiently with art producers, art directors and fellow artists while meeting scheduled deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Your experience

- 5+ years of experience as a 3D Artist in the game development, entertainment, or advertising industry, with a proven track record of delivering a wide range of 3D assets across multiple production stages, including modeling, UVs, and texture mapping.
- Experience working with Unity, or a similar game engine, to import assets and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience creating 3D assets for mobile game projects is a plus.
