In this role you will
- Run the team's day-to-day operational tasks across multiple self-managed digital platforms, such as Youtube, etc.
- Manage content schedules and track content production to ensure deadlines are met.
- Be operationally responsible for content publishing on different digital platforms.
- Handle channel management - (playlist editing, channel's visual look, etc.)
- Create basic performance updates for the wider team and the company.
- Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to present channel activities and performance.
- Coordinate with other departments (Design, Marketing, Localization, etc.) in order to ensure all necessary video materials are provided for publishing across different digital platforms.
- Keep up to date with platform developments and trends, as well as Outfit7's gaming developments and training opportunities.
What we're looking for
- Highly organized approach and excellent time management.
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
- Proactive working style, with an eagerness to learn.
- Basic understanding of different media distribution systems (AVOD) and their practices.
- Ability to think critically and analytically to solve problems.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).
Your experience
- 1+ year of experience in the marketing or digital industries is preferred but not required.
- Background working with D2C platforms (YouTube, Facebook Watch, Amazon Prime, Instagram TV, etc) is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in the entertainment industry is preferred but not required.
- Experience with the monetization of content on video platforms is a bonus.
- Valid student status.
