🎯 Propósito del Puesto

Dar soporte operativo y analítico al área de Recursos Humanos para las tres fábricas de España, en un entorno dinámico, de alto volumen y cambios frecuentes. El/la estudiante participará en procesos clave de RRHH, contribuyendo a garantizar la calidad del servicio, la mejora continua y el cumplimiento de los estándares de Otis.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Apoyo a procesos de optimización y mejora continua en RRHH (documentación, estandarización, automatización de tareas, análisis de oportunidades de mejora).
• Apoyo en gestión administrativa de empleados, documentación contractual, actualizaciones en Workday, preparación de informes, gestiones de cambio de jornada, elaboración de cartas y soporte a HR Ops en cuanto a Relaciones Laborales.
• Acompañar iniciativas de engagement, clima laboral, DE&I y comunicación interna.
• Análisis de datos de RRHH y creación de reportes en Excel.
• Contribuir a proyectos puntuales impulsados por el HRBP.

Requisitos del Perfil

• Estudiante de último curso o recién graduado/a en: Relaciones Laborales, Psicología, ADE, Máster en RRHH o similar.
• Alto nivel de Excel (tablas dinámicas, lookups, formatos avanzados y macros son un plus).
• Proactividad, iniciativa, curiosidad y ganas de aprender.
• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico, de ritmo rápido y con alto volumen de actividad.
• Inglés deseable (capacidad para comunicarse y leer documentación corporativa).
• Orientación al detalle, organización y capacidad analítica.
• Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
