Tu misión principal será:

Dar apoyo al equipo de Talent Acquisition en los países de nuestro Market Group (IBAME - Iberia, África y Middle East) en coordinación con el equipo de EMEA, en las siguientes actividades:

Selección de nuevos y diversos perfiles.
Desarrollo y actualización de descripciones de puesto.
Búsqueda directa de candidatos.
Publicación de ofertas en las distintas Jobs boards.
Examinar los distintos cv´s recibidos.
Realización de entrevistas utilizando las distintas herramientas.
Evaluación de las competencias del candidato.
Actuar como punto central entre candidatos y responsables del proceso.

Requisitos:

Titulación:Graduado en psicología, RRHH, ADE o carreras similares.
Nivel de inglés:B2
Ofimática:Uso profesional del paquete Microsoft Office.
Posibilidad de incorporarte a jornada completa.
