ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

- Management of inbound and outbound calls for sales campaigns, using provided leads and working with a database of interested customers.

- Following up and updating information in the system according to the progress of each sales opportunity.

- Providing customer service and guidance, offering clear information and resolving queries regarding products or services.

- Managing and drafting emails, ensuring effective and professional communication.

- Recording and reporting daily activities related to the campaign.

WE LOOK FOR CANDIDATES WITH:

- Flexibility, Proactivity and liking to work by Sales targets
- Excellent communication skills;
- Training in Hospitality, Tourism or similar (preferential factor);
- Sales skills (experience in reservation management or in the commercial area will be valued);
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of Portuguese and English is a must;
- Availability to carry out full-time face-to-face functions
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Internet, Database, etc.
