Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Strategy
- Participate in R&D and management meetings to evaluate and address operational, financial, and technological risks.
- Drive strategic initiatives in analytics, reporting, and business performance tracking.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance processes, reduce risks, and optimize resources.
2. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare business reporting packages, dashboards, and analytical models using data from multiple sources.
- Provide ongoing analytical support using historical, real-time, and predictive data.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPI monitoring tools for performance visibility.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define, build, and deploy analytics models.
3. Program & Financial Tracking
- Track program profitability and support cross-functional teams with insights to maximize margin.
- Monitor and track resource utilization and budget performance across functions.
- Manage ECN (Engineering Change Notice) and associated budget tracking.
4. Timesheet & Contract Employee Management
- Oversee Timesheet Management for Product Dossier and ensure accurate and timely submissions.
- Manage contract employees, including:
- Timesheet follow-up
- Billing calculations
- Contract provision management
- Invoice preparation and coordination with Finance
5. Operational Governance
- Ensure all analytical outputs adhere to quality standards.
- Maintain documentation for reporting processes, data models, and governance controls.
- Provide insights that help leadership teams make data‑driven decisions.
Bachelor's / master's degree in business administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
Experience-
- 5-7 years as a Business Analyst or Retail Analyst in Sales, Marketing, or Operations.
Technical Skills-
- Proficiency in analytics/reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.).
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with KPI frameworks and dashboard development.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- Ability to translate business needs into analytical models and actionable insights.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
