LCL & CRM Business Development Manager
We are looking for a motivated, strategic and commercial minded LCL & CRM Business Development Manager to strengthen our product performance and accelerate business growth. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing sales effectiveness, increasing customer awareness, and converting opportunities into measurable business results across our Area.
About the Role
As the LCL & CRM Business Development Manager, you will bridge the gap between pipeline performance and business targets. You will take ownership of pipeline quality and performance metrics, while supporting sales teams with the insights, tools, and training they need to succeed. A strong focus on collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance Sales & Customer Awareness
- Deliver product training across Verticals, KCM, CSP, and Direct Sales teams.
- Communicate product updates, enhancements, and new features to the sales community.
- Provide targeted support to key verticals, customer segments, and strategic trade lanes to drive growth.
Pipeline Management & Business Alignment
- Drive pipeline growth aligned with regional and area targets, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to shorten sales cycles and improve conversion.
- Maintain a high-quality pipeline and continuously improve win, retention, and conversion ratios.
- Analyse lost opportunities to strengthen sales effectiveness and product competitiveness.
New Business Onboarding
- Support onboarding in coordination with LCL stakeholders.
- Act as first escalation point to ensure smooth execution.
