Requirements
What is important for the role:
Previous experience in Product Ownership, Project Management or similar roles, ideally within digital products
Experience working in retail, CRM or client-facing tools is a strong plus; luxury or fashion industry is a plus
Comfortable working with different stakeholders and able to influence decisions across teams
Experience working in agile or similar environments
Strong collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of user experience and customer-centric thinking
Experience with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) is a plus
Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the development and evolution of our clienteling application. In this role, you will work closely with both business and tech teams to create tools that enhance the client experience in-store and support our retail teams worldwide.
Your role will be:
- Define and drive the vision and roadmap of the clienteling application in line with business and retail priorities
- Lead the day-to-day development of the product, ensuring continuous improvements in features and usability
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on what brings the most value to users and the business
- Act as a key link between business and tech teams, translating needs into clear product requirements
- Collaborate with teams such as Retail, CRM, IT, Digital and Training to ensure the solution fits store needs
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results
- Use data and feedback from users to improve the product and guide future developments
- Support user adoption by contributing to training materials and change management initiatives
