Proven track record (1 year or less) as PO/PM.
Agile knowledge. (Basics)

Internship remuneration of 600€ gross/ month (485€ net if you are not a Spanish tax resident).
Performance bonus of up to 100€ gross/ month.

THE ROLE 🖌️
Our Product Manager intern will be working in coordination with our Development team to execute, deliver, and improve the product using the SCRUM methodology among others. The Junior PM also participates in the discovery and research phase in collaboration with users and stakeholders to identify pains and opportunities to define new product features.
YOU WILL
Support our Development team to execute, deliver, and improve the product using SCRUM methodology.
Participate in the daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, and sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Support the BI team in data validations.
Area reporting and kpi metrics.
Exploring data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations.
Drive improvements in the internal operational & user management tool.
Manage or assist product development projects.
Gather and filter bugs and technical issues with stakeholders and the Dev team.
Carry out both qualitative and quantitative research to identify and unlock the highest potential growth opportunities across the product experience.
