We are looking for a Senior PMO with solid experience in managing and executing large-scale Project Management Offices, focused on consulting projects in the areas of advisory, operations and logistics, strategy, innovation, the public sector, process reorganisation and operational transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, structuring and coordinating the PMO unit, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with international standards. ABOUT YOU

• Higher degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Telecommunications, Organization, MBA, or similar.
• Eight years of experience in consulting, operations, or project management, and at least five years working in PMOs for consulting/engineering projects.
• Experience with advanced management tools: MS Project, Power BI, Smartsheet, or equivalents.
• In-depth knowledge of planning, risk, quality, and financial monitoring methodologies.
• Ability to structure PMOs from scratch and establish robust governance frameworks.
• High level of English.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on strategic projects.
• Ability to work in a team and technical rigor.
• Autonomy and innovative mindset.
