ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Bid Specialist to join the team of Rail & Transit in our offices Bilbao or Madrid

In a multidisciplinary environment you will be exposed to all the latest technologies and best practices. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Supporting the preparation, coordination and presentation of competitive bids and proposals for railway projects.
• Ensuring that all tender documentation complies with customer specifications, industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Tracking tender opportunities, submission deadlines and bid progress using project management tools.
• Supporting the tender team in preparing presentations and materials for client meetings and interviews.
• Assisting with post-tender evaluations and contributing to the continuous improvement of tender processes.

ABOUT YOU

Apply if you...

• Have studied engineering or a similar subject.
• Have 1 to 2 years' experience in tender support or proposal coordination, ideally within the rail, transit or infrastructure sectors. And in supporting bids in collaboration with partners.
• Have knowledge of international public procurement processes in the railway and transit sector.
• are familiar with railway and transit terminology, standards and procurement processes.
• are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Adobe InDesign or graphic tools for bid production is an advantage.
• Are a team player with technical excellence.
• Can work independently with a flair for innovation.
• Do have an advanced level of English.
