Requirements

Your Educational Experience:
First level university degree (HR and/or Business Degree) preferred or equivalent experience.
Typically, 3-4 years' experience, including managing moderate to large projects.
Previous experience in a learning and development role preferred.

About the opportunity:

Working as a member of the Talent & Learning Team, this role will provide an exciting opportunity to be part of a global learning and development team serving HP employees worldwide. This role offers a unique chance to develop business acumen and leadership skills and establish a strong network of professional relationships. The primary function of this Program Delivery Manager role is to partner with other members of the Talent & Learning Team to develop and implement plans that enable the flawless delivery of talent, learning and development programs and experiences. This role will provide an excellent career development opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about learning and development and eager to grow their future career within the Talent & Learning organization.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with and support the Employee and Manager Development Team in the design and delivery of skill development for individual contributors, people managers, and technical audiences.
  • Plan and execute large-scale global development programs through project implementation including solution development and design, scheduling, implementation, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement and iterations.
  • Simplify operational processes by implementing end-to-end program delivery management and where possible eliminate non-value add work through simplification and automation.
  • Partner directly with Operations Finance Program Manager to properly track and account for all expenses associated with the programs in their scope.
  • Provide back-up support to other Program Delivery Managers as necessary based on vacations and workload.
  • Partner directly with the Talent & Learning Communications Lead to manage the communications process and templates for all assigned development programs.
  • Manage and track participation and evaluation on all programs, and report results quarterly.
  • Build AI and automation capabilities to enhance program delivery and create greater learning experience for HP employees.
  • Support local site learning projects and actively volunteer in site activities.
  • As assigned, lead and/or participate in global and cross-organizational projects.
