Requirements

• Successful experience Supply Planning Onsite. • Demonstrate a good track record in Multi-Site Planning, Manufacturing and Scheduling. • Planning Experience, preferably in a Pharmaceutical / Consumer Products industry • Hands on experience on managing complex stream processes with experience of implementation • Experience translating business needs into process and implementation requirements in an IT implementation environment • Experience working in supporting the business needs • Strong expertise on Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling. (MPS / MRP) Soft Skills: • Ability to reach consensus • Ability to create change management momentum, motivate/convince people • Accountability, reliability and ability to work in transparency • Strong Leadership • Open minded and active listening • Ability to perform independently and in a collaborative environment. • Communication and interaction skills, including tact and diplomacy to exchange and escalade information throughout organization. Main responsibilities:

• Ensure Production Planning processes at Site level for all product families.

• Review and scale up all requirements related to Production Planning processes defined in the core model: from assessment to final proposal and implementation, allocation to the releases of system upgrades and all following phases managing to their adoption.

• Guarantee business requirements are covered and consistent between all streams for any new business need or E2E Project according to the Production Plan processes.

• Proactively improve and support all Upstream business processes for End to End Planning.

• Contribute to the implementation of the change management needed to support new processes and tools within Production Planning Process. Support buy-in of new processes and ways of working from business representatives.

• Create strong partnership with neighbouring functions, mainly with SMS, Quality, Manufacturing and Downstream colleagues.

• Participate & animate a Multi Site Planning (MSP) Community of experts and key users representing all regions and business units of Sanofi.

• Deploy processes and solutions that meets the requirements of GBUs and Global Supply Chain Functions

• Provide the right level of support for Strategic projects.

• Support Sanofi on the Digital Transformation.

• Organized work to provide all deliverables with quality and on-time with the SMART SC - Supply Planning program.

• In Partnership with GBUs and Regional/Global functions, monitor the KPIs and propose improvements on the processes.

• Be a referent in Supply Chain for topics related to Production Planning OnSite within the Planning Domain.

About you

Experience:

• Successful experience Supply Planning Onsite.

• Demonstrate a good track record in Multi-Site Planning, Manufacturing and Scheduling.

The salary range for this position is :€49 600,00 - €66 133

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
