Role Overview:
Groupon helps customers discover deals on local experiences. This role supports the back-end operations of merchant campaigns. The Campaign Operations Intern will support the back-end setup of Groupon merchant campaigns. This includes working with various teams to bring deals to life, ensuring all campaign details, forms, and configurations are accurate.
This is a paid internship for candidates based in Valencia who are currently studying.
Responsibilities:
- Support backend configuration of Groupon merchant campaigns.
- Assist in managing editorial assets for campaigns.
- Track and apply feedback and revisions from internal teams.
- Ensure campaigns meet editorial and technical standards before launch.
- Maintain internal documentation for campaign workflows.
- Communication with merchants for any information requests
- Help troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues.
Qualifications:
- Fluent C1 in German
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with content management systems or workflow tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Basic HTML or CMS experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset.
