FUNCTIONAL CONTENT
Main Role
Responsible for organizing and efficiently managing the company's billing process, including revenue forecasting, invoice issuance, and payment tracking. Collaborates closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and support the achievement of sales targets.
Funciones / Roles
- Prepare the monthly billing forecast in collaboration with the BAM team.
- Issue invoices in accordance with the commercial agreements established with clients.
- Monitor payments and manage collections control.
- Resolve billing-related issues in collaboration with the BAM team.
- Prepare periodic reports on billing status and accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax and administrative requirements in coordination with the Accounts Receivable and Tax departments.

JOB PROFILE
Required Studies
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas Excel, Power Point, Power BI.
Other specialized knowledge
- Conocimiento herramientas de planificación (Scheduler) / Knowledge of planning tools (e.g., Scheduler).
- Gestión/Relación con clientes / Client management/relationship
- Lean manufacturing opcional / Lean manufacturing optional
Languages
- English level C1 or Advanced.
- Spanish or Catalan.
Professional experience
- Experience in Administration, Finance, and Commercial Management.
- Preferred experience in API manufacturing or fine chemical industry.
- Experience in managing and interacting with both internal and external clients.
- Ability for interpersonal and interdepartmental relationships.
