What you will do:

The main functions of the People Business Partner intern will be aimed at supporting the People Business Partners team in Spain in all matters related to the following areas,

General Responsibilities:

• Support in the interaction with employees in Spain, as well as support in the resolution of legal, administrative, labour, etc. doubts.
• Support in the Volunteering program, diversity and certifications and consolidation of volunteering information, as well as making presentations of the Volunteering area.
• Support to PBPs in PO related projects and initiatives.
• Preparation of presentations for different initiatives and projects in Spain (Top Employer).
• Supporting the area in the management of different employee documentation in Spain.
• Control and follow-up of different employee records.
• Database processing (Excel, Access, corporate systems, etc.).
• Giving support in transversal projects within Human Resources both in their maintenance and development.

What are we looking for:

1. Academic Skills:

• University Degree and Graduate Degree Social Sciences, or related areas.

1. Professional Experience:

• Not required / applicable.

1. Specific Knowledge:

• Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.

1. Languages:

• High level of Spanish.
• High level of English.

1. Skills:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
