Summary
At Amadeus, we're transforming travel through technology and people, bringing together 20,000 colleagues across 100+ locations. As part of a major skills-first talent transformation, we are looking for a Global Talent Senior Specialist to help deliver impactful global talent experiences.
In this role, you will drive the execution of global talent cycles and act as a key operational expert, ensuring consistency, quality, and a smooth experience for managers and employees worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of global performance cycles, including goal setting, feedback processes, and year-end reviews;
- Act as the main point of contact for regions, providing guidance, tools, FAQs, and communications to support high-quality performance conversations;
- Coordinate global talent reviews and succession planning cycles, ensuring strong preparation, accurate data, effective calibration, and follow-up actions;
- Analyse talent and performance KPIs, translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership and identifying risks or gaps in the talent pipeline;
- Support the design and delivery of leadership development programs, ensuring a seamless participant experience and maintaining leadership success profiles;
- Drive adoption and ongoing improvement of Career Hub, promoting internal mobility, career growth, and skills-based development;
- Support global promotion processes, ensuring consistent criteria and a positive candidate experience;
- Configure, maintain, and enhance talent and performance systems (e.g., Workday, Qualtrics), contributing to their evolution toward a talent marketplace approach;
- Partner closely with Global Business Partners and Regional Talent teams to deploy processes consistently and support change initiatives;
- Contribute to global talent strategy and transformation projects, particularly around skills-based transformation, talent marketplace, and internal mobility;
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and employee experience across all talent programs.
