El puesto de ayudante de camarero/a Room Service:

En Four Seasons Hotel Madrid estamos buscando un ayudante de camarero/a para formar parte de nuestro equipo de Room Service. Esta posición, perteneciente a la división de Alimentos y Bebidas, tiene como misión principal contribuir a ofrecer un servicio excepcional a nuestros huéspedes. Las responsabilidades del puesto incluyen:

* Preparar, transportar y servir los pedidos de comida y bebida, todo ello según los estándares de Four Seasons y de manera eficiente, cortés y profesional.
* Revisar y reponer los minibares de clientes según indicaciones del manager de departamento.
* Limpiar y preparar los carros de Room Service, asegurando que están listos en todo momento.
* Conocer la oferta de comida de cada menú de acuerdo con las sugerencias del Chef y saber explicar a los clientes la composición de los platos.
* Respetar y manejar con cuidado el equipo y material del departamento.

Nuestro/a candidato/a ideal:

Buscamos candidatos/as orientados a la excelencia en el servicio, y que sean grandes trabajadores en equipo. Nuestro candidato/a ideal tendrá experiencia previa en el área de Room Service. Es requisito fundamental ser capaz de trabajar en un ambiente dinámico, adaptándose y anticipándose a las necesidades de los clientes.

El candidato/a debe tener permiso legal para trabajar en España, y debe dominar el Castellano, así como el inglés.
