🔍 What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Hardware Design Engineer with strong expertise in cable harness design for complex environments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience working with advanced electrical design tools and is comfortable navigating demanding industrial or defense-grade standards.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical cable harnesses for complex systems and environments.
- Work with leading electrical design and 3D routing tools such as Capital, Solid Edge Electrical, CATIA, Zuken, EPLAN, or NX.
- Ensure designs comply with military standards and relevant quality regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to guarantee correct system integration.
- Perform analytical tasks with strong attention to detail and technical rigor.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in cable harness design for complex environments (preferably defense, aeronautics, or automotive).
- Proficiency in electrical design tools and 3D routing: Capital, Solid Edge Electrical, CATIA, Zuken, EPLAN, NX.
- Familiarity with military standards and quality frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Technical English at B2 level.

- Experience working within European or international engineering environments.
