๐Ÿ” What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Hardware Design Engineer with strong expertise in cable harness design for complex environments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience working with advanced electrical design tools and is comfortable navigating demanding industrial or defense-grade standards.

๐Ÿ“Œ Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical cable harnesses for complex systems and environments.
  • Work with leading electrical design and 3D routing tools such as Capital, Solid Edge Electrical, CATIA, Zuken, EPLAN, or NX.
  • Ensure designs comply with military standards and relevant quality regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to guarantee correct system integration.
  • Perform analytical tasks with strong attention to detail and technical rigor.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cable harness design for complex environments (preferably defense, aeronautics, or automotive).
  • Proficiency in electrical design tools and 3D routing: Capital, Solid Edge Electrical, CATIA, Zuken, EPLAN, NX.
  • Familiarity with military standards and quality frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Technical English at B2 level.

  • Previous experience in defense, aerospace, or high-complexity industrial projects.
  • Experience working within European or international engineering environments.
