We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Reservation Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant's reservation system and guest bookings. * Ensure VIP guests and special requests are properly noted and communicated to the service team.
* Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences within the reservation system.
* Monitor booking trends and adjust strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
* Collaborate with the restaurant manager and host team to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Manage waitlists and last-minute changes in a professional and efficient manner.
* Train and supervise reservation and host staff when applicable.
