π― Your Tasks
As an Account Manager, you will engage with senior executives of multinational corporations as well as mid-sized companies in both the private and public sectors ππ’
You will work closely with CEOs, Board members, and management teams to develop and grow strategic client relationships π€
Acting as a true product expert, you will be the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with sales, development, and marketing teams π€π‘
π οΈ As part of your missions
π€ Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients
π Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention
π Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve targets
π§ Act as a consultant on the product, supporting and guiding clients in their use of the solutions
π Monitor KPIs related to business cases and product usage
π€ Profile Required
π Bachelor's degree (minimum) with at least 5 years of relevant experience
π Fluent French and English bilingual
π§ Ability to develop long-term strategic plans for customers
π£οΈ Excellent presentation and communication skills
ποΈ Strong ability to manage all aspects of a project
π Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment
π Strong desire to learn and become a functional expert on multiple software products
β Versatile, autonomous, assertive, customer-oriented, and a true team player
