What are we looking for?

We are looking for aSales Coordinator MEA with analytics skills and business vision to join our Sales Development Team in our Global Headquarter (Madrid).

Mission

The Sales Coordinator MEA will provide comprehensive commercial back‑office support for the Middle East and Africa region, ensuring operational continuity, accurate execution of business plans, and effective internal coordination.

The role will support all commercial and operational activities and acting as a key liaison with Demand Planning, Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, Quality, PMO, and Packaging/Artwork teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Sales Operations

  • Review and validate Purchase Orders (pricing, quantities, terms, proformas, documentation).

  • Prepare, consolidate, and follow up on commercial forecasts for Demand Planning and Finance.

  • Manage commercial samples: requests, shipments, stock, and traceability.

  • Monitor and support the execution of commercial agreements and promotional plans, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.

  • Review and process invoices, coordinating with Finance and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies.

  • Coordinate cross‑functional requirements including artworks, packshots, technical sheets, certifications, and product documentation.

  • Complete customer-required forms and documentation (promotions, logistics, quality, registrations).

  • Support product set-up and data maintenance in ERP (SAP) and CRM systems, including logistics files and master data.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Build and maintain reports on commercial performance, forecasts, promotional execution, and material status.

  • Manage documentation repositories (Teams/SharePoint) ensuring strong version control and approval traceability.

  • Represent the region operationally in internal meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and next steps.

  • Ensure continuous alignment with internal functions throughout ongoing commercial projects.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, efficiency improvements, and operational excellence.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and documentation requirements.

You will need

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Overall, 2-4 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Development, or similar roles, ideally in FMCG.

  • High level of English (B2-C1).

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially advanced Excel.

  • Experience with SAP (SD/MM) and ERP systems; CRM experience is an advantage.

  • No travel required

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.

  • Proactive communicator with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
