Dentons Italy is currently looking to grow its Project, Energy and Infrastructure business unit with the appointment of a Junior Associate based in our Milan office. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a 360 degree approach spanning from project financing, M&A, project development, project contracts to legal due diligence exercise on the full set of energy and infrastructure assets in Italy and abroad.

The Project, Energy & Infrastructure business unit is part of the Banking & Finance department and becoming a member of such a team will mean being part of a rapidly growing and dynamic group, as well as receiving specific training and being involved in the most innovative legal issues and market prominent transactions. Our clients are medium and large Italian and international companies belonging to different business areas, lenders, funds, investors, IPP and contractors.

Requirements

• Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.

• Recently acquired license to practice law in Italy.

• Between 1 and 2 years of experience in the Project, Energy & Infrastructure field, gained in a comparable law firm.

• High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.

• Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.

• Excellent negotiation and communications skills.

• Global mentality and enthusiasm.

• You are able to adapt to an international environment and eager to grow both professionally and personally with us.
