Our mission and customers

Our platform simplifies banking and finance management for SMEs today, so that they can build their tomorrow. We offer a finance management platform with banking at its core, augmented by financial tools. We are proud to be rated 4.8 on Trustpilot, based on 53,000+ reviews.

Our culture puts customer satisfaction at the core of what we do, as proven by our Net Promoter Score of 75. This level of satisfaction is far above typical traditional banking scores, often ranging from 3 to 12, sometimes even lower.

Our journey

Founded in 2017 by Alexandre and Steve, Qonto has grown to 1,600+ Qontoers serving over 600,000 customers across 8 European countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands. We have been profitable since 2023, and we are just getting started as we want to become the indisputable European leader in SME finance management.

Our beliefs

We hire for skills and potential. With 80+ nationalities, 45% women, and 56% of women in our leadership team, diversity is simply part of who we are.

We've built a discrimination-free hiring process because we believe the best teams are built on merit.

AI at Qonto

We see AI as a catalyst for our success.
We always choose thinking over routine. That's why AI is already deeply embedded in how we work - not as a trend, but as a way to raise the bar for the entrepreneurs who count on us. That is why we grant our Qontoers unlimited access to the best AI tools on the market - Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Dust, and Notion AI.
We want people who experiment without waiting for permission. Who push AI beyond the obvious. Who know when to trust it and, more importantly, when to question it.

Already pushing AI limits? You'll fit right in.

Join us as a Data Analyst and help Qonto's teams make data-informed decisions as we scale to serve one million SMEs by 2025. Depending on your profile and preferences, you will join our Product Analytics team (supporting Product Managers and Product teams across our product portfolio).

You will work closely with experienced manager-Ida, Senior Manager Product Analytics-reporting to Daniele, Head of Data. They will support you in delivering impactful analytics work and growing your career within a large, structured team.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Data Analyst at Qonto, you will

• Work as a true business partner with Product Managers, not just an executor - you'll challenge metrics, influence decisions, and shape product strategy
• Master frontend tracking events and user behavior analysis - understanding how users interact with our product is at the core of everything you do
• Drive A/B testing from design to impact measurement - this is a key part of your daily work
• Perform deep funnel analysis to identify drop-off points and opportunities for conversion optimization
• Use a modern Data stack to analyze & blend together frontend-generated events with backend events. Amplitude, Metabase, Snowflake & Cursor are what we use on a daily basis.
• Have ownership: you are autonomously in charge of your own product domain passing through all stages: understanding customer problems, identifying the business value of improving it, setting up the right data to visualise it and analyse it, coming up with recommendations to be followed by Product, as well as ensuring adoption - your work isn't done when the dashboard is published, but when it drives an outcome.

🤔 What you can expect

Product Analytics: You will support Product stakeholders (Product Managers, Designers, Heads of Product). The team is in a consolidation phase, spending 50-60% of time on BI work and moving toward more strategic analysis work (A/B testing, discovery, impact measurement). You will help product teams understand user behavior and validate product decisions.

How we work: We follow the Qonto Way methodology, which emphasizes one-piece flow, value analysis, and value engineering. You will work in close partnership with your stakeholders, attending team meetings and building trusted relationships. We value ownership: success means not just publishing a dashboard, but ensuring it drives business value.

Current focus: The team is working on improving data discoverability and self-service capabilities, consolidating dashboards to reduce sprawl, and building scalable analytics solutions that drive measurable business impact.
