What the Giger Team Does The Giger team builds and maintains one of Deel's most powerful internal platforms: a sandbox system that enables engineers to develop, test, and deploy faster than ever. Who We're Looking For 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering Strong BE engineering skills: API design, Postgres, NATS/Kafka Node.js/Go/Python background Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure Experience with Kubernetes, Helm charts and GitOps as a user Excellent system design and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities across multiple teams Hands-on mindset, comfortable working in complex and evolving environments What You'll Do This role does not require deep infra knowledge but it's expected from you to learn it here and catch up with the rest of the team.
