About the Role

We are looking for an Agency Ad Account Leader (FB & Google Ads) to join the Colibrix Partners team. We aren't just a service provider-we are a growth engine for our partners. Your role is to be the primary support for clients who need high-quality ad accounts and reliable payment solutions to scale their traffic. While our focus is on building the best environment for our partners, you will also leverage the Colibrix One fintech ecosystem to provide seamless financial infrastructure and card solutions for ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily communication with partners to ensure their scaling needs are met and projects stay on track
  • Manage the full cycle of providing ad accounts for rent including setup and ongoing technical support
  • Execute daily monitoring of budget pacing and KPI performance to ensure accounts are running efficiently
  • Identify specific growth points and optimization strategies to help partners increase their ROI
  • Analyze traffic data and retail media placements to find ways to maximize placement efficiency
  • Build clear and actionable reports that translate complex data into practical insights for partners
  • Test new advertising tools and hypotheses to keep our partners at the forefront of industry best practices
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve account issues and streamline payment flows

What you need to succeed in this role

  • 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or in Client Service within a marketing agency or affiliate network
  • Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads plus a deep understanding of the arbitrage landscape
  • Knowledge of retail media and the principles of digital advertising efficiency
  • High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to interpret complex data into clear insights
  • Fluent Russian and English at an Intermediate level or higher to communicate effectively with a global partner base
  • A proactive team player mindset with the ability to thrive in a multitasking environment and take full ownership of partner success
