POSITION

At Codeway, Brand is not just about communication, it's about creating experiences, building connections, and bringing our culture to life across every touchpoint.

Now, we're looking for a proactive and hands-on Brand Intern (Part-time, based in our Istanbul office) to join our team. This role is all about turning ideas into real experiences, supporting everything from on-ground execution to the behind-the-scenes work that brings brand moments to life.

You'll be actively involved in event ideation, branding, and communication processes, with a strong focus on event setups, operational workflows, and day-to-day brand execution. You will also contribute to merch production and occasionally support social media shoots, mainly assisting with event-related communication needs.

You'll be working closely with our Brand Team to support and execute events, content, and internal initiatives that reflect Codeway's culture and energy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take an active role in events, supporting the full process from planning to on-site execution.
• Manage event operations including logistics, transportation, production, and follow-ups.
• Act quickly on real-time needs during events and ensure smooth on-ground execution.
• Support gifting processes, including research, benchmarking, and suggesting improvements.
• Assist in writing short-form content for event communication and brand materials when needed.
• Contribute to onboarding processes and help improve employee experience through insights and hands-on support.
• Participate in ideation processes for brand and event projects, gradually taking ownership of initiatives.
• Develop creative ideas for special days, internal rituals, and company culture moments.
• Collaborate with different teams to strengthen Brand's impact across the company.

• Flexibility to support outside standard working hours when needed.
• Confidence in written communication.
• Curiosity about trends, city life, and what's happening around you.
• Interest in gifting, brand experience, and event culture.
• Availability to work part-time (minimum 3 days per week), with flexibility during busy periods.
