  • Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in high-level executive recruitment (either Agency or In-house).
  • Track Record: Proven success in successfully closing senior and executive-level positions across multiple business functions.
  • Resilience: Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated capacity to manage 5+ open C-level roles simultaneously.
  • Tools: Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Languages: Native-level English fluency; professional proficiency in Spanish or French is a strong plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Recruiter to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team in Valencia, Spain.

In this strategic role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for C-level and senior corporate positions globally. You will act as a trusted talent partner to our executive leadership team, helping drive the next phase of BrainRocket's international growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Search: Develop and execute advanced, tailored sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier executive talent.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with senior leadership to define executive roles, align on expectations, and provide market-driven hiring insights.
  • Sourcing & Networking: Build and maintain a high-caliber professional network utilizing direct search methodologies, strategic industry partnerships, and social media.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct rigorous, in-depth interviews to critically evaluate executive-level skills, leadership experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Offer Negotiation & Closing: Manage the complete offer lifecycle, from complex term negotiations to ensuring a seamless, high-touch onboarding experience.
  • Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, actively promoting BrainRocket's culture, vision, and values to elite industry networks.
