Main Purpose of the Job: Manage Agency manpower and overall recruitment strategy for Agency Department to support business growth plan and overall business strategy Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment activity for Agency Department to achieve manpower goals as well as recruitment budget Work closely with Sales Co. Team and coordinate with DCAO, Manager and Academy to devlop skills to improve efficiency and Manager Recruitment Ratio (MRR) Work with GA Owners to screen and recruit high potential agents to participate in Advisor (APB) Program, aligning with annual target as well as budget Oversee and manage the Advisor (APB) Program to ensure high productivity of advisors Work closely with Academy to ensure best-in-class development program to improve productivity of agents Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, Management, Insurance or any related fields Experience in team management support sales agents, at least 3 years.
