Job overview: If you have an interest in Litigation, we're looking for a Support Analyst to join us on a 9 month FTC. You'll become a vital part of our in-house Legal Services Unit, providing essential admin support, to ensure smooth and efficient running of our litigation processes. Key responsibilities: Setting up new litigated instructions using a case management system, management of the Digital Claims Portal (DCP) and setting of prescribed schedules. Drafting non-complex Court Documents for the Litigation teams. Collating and printing documents and preparing trial bundles for the Court. Handling payments received by the LSU by recording, logging onto the system and notifying finance cashiers. Sending of instructions to AXA's legal motor panel. Managing all unit inbound and outbound post volumes. Ordering of general stationary, printer toners and other general office stock. Dealing with reception duties including signing in visitors, receiving deliveries and taking boardroom bookings. Managing incoming phone calls on behalf of the Litigation teams. Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home at our Gloucester office, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Your skills & experience: Previous experience in administration. Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Basic Understanding of litigation.
