Job ID: 2026-14154 Responsible for the successful execution and implementation of the strategic plans of the Single Premium and Unit Linked Category (the Category), i.e. Single Premium - Traditional or Unit Linked, within the agreed timelines in support of the overall business performance of the Category, particularly the following: • Delivery of product APE and NBV goals • Go-to-Market of new products • Maintenance of existing products • Product marketing • Competitor scan • Distributor and stakeholder support and engagement Responsibilities: • Lead in the ideation, creation of proposition, go-to-market strategy, and management of project stakeholders for new single premium products and enhancement of existing ones. • Formulate and implement marketing programs for single premium products that will deliver revenue, attract new customers, and create more value from existing ones. • Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders (such as Distribution channels) to drive strategy buy-in that will lead to successful implementation of marketing programs. • Develop and execute distributor and customer campaigns that will drive product success/targets. • Lead in setting and managing metrics needed to ensure that performance of projects and programs are closely monitored and succeed. • Maximize internal and external resources to deliver compelling marketing programs that could include offline and online collaterals, advertising, PR, sales toolkits and trainings. • Work with various groups (advertising, PR agency, outsourced vendors, etc) and marketing colleagues to execute marketing plans. • Delivering support for Distributors, such as providing product information and assist in client engagement/queries. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics, or other related courses • Minimum 5-10 years experience specializing in marketing, brand management, customer segment development or related skillset • Insurance exposure/experience is an advantage • Strong understanding of relevant consumer and distribution trends, particularly in the insurance industry • Strong leadership skills • Highly results-oriented with proven ability to deliver measurable results • Strong interpersonal, empathetic, and management skills to interact and drive results with staff, senior management, colleagues and cross-functional teams • Competent leadership skills with proven ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams • In-depth knowledge on finance, economics, and marketing • With exposure to financial services industry • Detail-oriented • Proficient in MS Office applications (esp in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) • Knowledge in the use of tools such as Canva, GPTs, and Power BI is an advantage. • Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
