Responsibilities: Strategic Operations & Planning: Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for real estate and facilities management aligned with AXA's business goals, emphasizing sustainability, innovation, and operational efficiency. Sustainability & Innovation: Support the integration of ESG principles into facilities operations, including energy efficiency, green standards (e.g., LEED, WELL), and smart building solutions, to promote sustainable and innovative workplace environments. Facilities Operations & Cost Management: Oversee daily facilities management activities across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, safety, and regulatory compliance. Identify opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization. Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate a team of approximately 20+ facilities professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and stakeholder service. Vendor & External Partner Management: Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met, and negotiate contracts to optimize quality and cost-effectiveness. Project & Change Management: Lead or support property renovation, remodeling, and relocation projects by applying innovative practices and ensuring timely, within-budget delivery. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal clients including HR, IT, Security, and senior management to understand operational needs and deliver solutions that enhance employee experience. Act as point-of-contact between the local office and Group headquarter. Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure all facilities meet applicable laws, safety standards, and regulations. Lead emergency preparedness, fire safety, and business continuity initiatives. Market Trends & Industry Network: Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative solutions by actively engaging with industry networks, associations, and benchmarking activities to ensure AXA's facilities management remains competitive and future-ready. Other responsibilities: Manage and monitor the department budget and necessary reporting Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by management in order to meet organizational and business requirements Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as RICS, IFMA, BIFM, LEED, or WELL are preferred. Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or property management, with a proven record of managing teams and complex facilities operations. Experience within the financial services or multinational corporate sectors in Hong Kong or Macau is highly advantageous. Leadership & Strategic Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies, lead teams, and influence stakeholders at various levels. Strong adaptability to navigate through ambiguity Technical & Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of facilities operations, vendor management, sustainability standards, regulations, and workplace technology. An active network within the industry is essential to keep pace with market developments and best practices.
