Description AXA Ireland is seeking an IT Security Controls & Reporting Analyst to join our Security & Resilience team within the COO function at AXA Ireland. In this role, you will report to the Chief Security Officer and be responsible managing Security Reporting and Controls. You will also support the wider Information Security Team in delivering business enabling Security Services across AXA Ireland, ensuring efficient, timely, and consistent delivery. You'll work majority of your week away from home. Away from home means either attendance at one of our head office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you'll be doing: Maintaining a log and tracking Internal Audit and Transversal Information Security and Cyber audit actions, reporting on progress and findings. Reviewing and approving access requests to AXA Ireland infrastructure, software, and services, and conducting re-certification as needed. Maintaining a log of internal and Group Controls frameworks, coordinating their implementation, and reporting on their status. Supporting the annual data classification reviews with AXA Ireland business units, ensuring effective security controls are in place to protect "Crown Jewel" data assets according to their classification levels. Contributing to the Information Security Training and Awareness Program by rolling out eLearning training and communicating threats and appropriate responses to AXA Ireland employees. Supporting the annual PCI (Payment Card Industry) attestation process by reviewing documentation, collating evidence, and addressing compliance-related issues with business units. Contributing to the Annual ISO assessment or re-submission process by reviewing documentation and collating evidence across the different IT teams. Organizing and scheduling annual Penetration Testing campaigns, managing scoping documents, reviewing final reports, and reporting monthly status to AXA Group Security. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to raise the capability, efficiency, and performance of the Information Security Team. Compiling information and statistics for the monthly IT Security KPI dashboard. About You 3+ years of experience in a Security/Audit/Internal Controls/Risk/Compliance environment. APA or relevant third-level certificate/diploma is essential. Desirable qualifications include Audit Qualification, ACOI Diploma in Risk Management, Internal Audit & Compliance, or ACOI Professional Certificate in Compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A positive influencer with the ability to challenge and influence change in the management of risk. Well-organized and capable of delivering key assurance objectives across the organization. A good working knowledge of relevant legislation, including Consumer Protection Code, Minimum Competency Code, Data Protection Acts, Solvency II, and other regulatory requirements from the Central Bank of Ireland or the FCA. A solid understanding of key processes, structures, key stakeholders, and controls within AXA Ireland or a similar environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical and logical approach to decision-making. ] This role is an allocated Controlled Function under Fitness & Probity Regime, which means the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced level of background screening requirements.
