職務内容 【職務内容/ Job Description】 カスタマーサービス領域（新契約、保全、給付金/保険金、コンタクトセンター）のお客様体験の向上、オペレーション効率化を目的とした業務変革を主導いただきます。 戦略立案からプロジェクトの企画、推進、および関係者との連携まで幅広くご担当いただきます。 また、KPI管理や予算策定・予実管理などの業務にも携わっていただきます。 変化を前向きに捉え、論理的に考え行動できる方のご応募をお待ちしております。 In Life Customer Service (New Business, Policy Admin., Claims, and Contact Ctr.), you will lead business transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and improving opertional efficiency. Your responsibilities will span from strategy development and project planning to execution and stakeholder collaboration.
