Job ID: 2026-14159 Job Purpose / Summary Unit Linked: Lead the unit linked business through the creation of investment mandates, oversight of fund manager performance and formation of long term capital market views and asset allocation strategies. Investment Strategy & Communications: Develop AXA Distribution Network's sales and improve customer persistency and satisfaction through the use of specialized distributor training, portfolio tools, and customized customer communication. Develop properly constructed client portfolio recommendations, regular policy reviews and tactical tilt advisory based on market updates and views. Key Result Areas Actionable Investment - Advice whether it is for point of sale or in-force policies Major Activities / Responsibilities : • Regular communication to stakeholders about key market developments and our recommended portfolio mix • [1. Allocation according to AXA products and 2. Allocation of overall client portfolio including Metrobank products or even external positions] • Development of the Investment Team's Asset Allocation Engine; recommended investment strategies per client profile [Strategic and Tactical] • Development of portfolio tools to assist distributors in creating appropriate portfolios using latest historical data, forecasts, and simulations Key Result Areas • Building a base of aligned and relevant Investment Knowledge for AXA's distribution network and customers Major Activities / Responsibilities • Aligning sound investment principles into the training curriculum of Distribution, Learning and Development • Regular market updates and reinforcement of key concepts • Customization of communication according to customer segmentation, risk preferences, and goals • Resource speaker for investors' forum, client gatherings, etc. Key Result Areas Direct management of some UL funds Major Activities / Responsibilities Directly oversees the management and/or rebalancing of (UL) feeder funds Key Result Areas Strategic Development or Idea Generation for New Funds Major Activities / Responsibilities • Recognize from distributors' and clients' unfilled portfolio needs and exposures • Relay/Coordinate to the General Account and Unit-Linked Investment Manager the opportunity for the unmet asset profile/exposures for their development Key Result Areas Provide strategic direction for management of the Unit-Linked Funds Major Activities / Responsibilities • Oversees fund performance monitoring • Recommends changes to fund management • Reviews UL policies, investment process and strategic allocation of the funds Key Result Areas Creation of a database of economic and financial market indicators Major Activities / Responsibilities Creates a database of economic and financial market indicators that will be useful in the rebalancing or asset allocation of funds, development and launching of new funds Key Result Areas Creation, development and improvement of unit linked funds universe Major Activities / Responsibilities • Creates the long-term roadmap of fund development in alignment with key stakeholders • Creates long term asset allocation recommendations Others • Review of underlying assets or funds, third party asset managers, counterparties and brokers, fund administrators and custodians. • Review of policies under Group Standard Handbook • Presentations to LIAC and BIC on UL activities Educational Qualifications / Certifications • Graduate degree (post-graduate, preferred) in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science or Statistics. • Exams/certifications like CFA, Actuarial Exams and FRM are an advantage Decisions / Quantifiable Data Related to Job • Identification, assessment and idea generation of funds that are opportunistic or gaps in client portfolios • Development of appropriate communication measures and strategies to convey market view and actionable investment recommendations • Development of coherent and consistent investment concepts and tools to be implemented throughout the customer journey • Creation of new fund mandates and value-adding portfolio recommendations for customers Candidate Relevant Experience / Personal Characteristics/Behaviors • At least 5 years' experience in investment/fund management, actuarial or asset-liability management work, with work focused on modelling and quantitative analysis
