Competencies We Expect in Our New Team Member Bachelor's degree from Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in employer branding, internal communication, or employee experience Experienced in working with creative agencies; able to manage briefing processes effectively and build strong business relationships Knowledge of digital channels and content creation Experienced in Diversity and Inclusion Strong written and verbal English skills Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to think analytically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions High energy and positive mindset Must have a valid work permit in Turkey Areas Where You Will Create Impact Implement employer branding and internal communication strategies Develop relationships with universities and young talents to attract talents and increase visibility within the scope of employer branding Create the annual university and campus communication calendar, coordinating university partnerships and campus events, and tracking them according to KPIs Develop employer branding projects and talent attraction strategies for young talents and professionals Produce talent-focused content for social media accounts Develop strategies to increase traffic to digital channels Create content for newsletters, digital platforms, and campaigns related to candidate experience processes within employer branding communications Design, plan, implement, and manage internal company events that support employee engagement, inter-team interaction and corporate culture; such as New Year's parties, happy hours, social clubs, internal tournaments, competitions, and employee workshops Coordinate special day communications and event processes; implement projects related to special weeks from AXA Global and carry out communication activities Identify, implement, and manage Diversity & Inclusion projects Collaborate with AXA Global and International Markets teams to implement global projects Manage employer branding projects that enhance awards, reputation, and recognition What We Offer at AXA Türkiye • Performance-Based Bonus • Employer-Contributed Private Pension System • Employee Discounted Share Purchase Program (Shareplan) • Private Health Insurance including psychological support coverage • Life Insurance • Supplementary Health Insurance for spouses and children • Discounted OSS and TSS for mothers and fathers • Discounted auto, home, and personal accident insurance • Transportation support or shuttle • Meal Card • "Your Choice" Flexible Benefits Program • AXA Competency Academy (AYA) ⚕️ Within our holistic Health and Well-being Program "Take Care of Yourself" we offer: medical check-ups for employees aged 40 and above, digital medical check-ups, home care services, AXA independent living support, AXA doctor consultation line, Employee Assistance Program (Psychological Counseling, Dental, Mini Check-Up, Psychiatric Treatments, and Supportive Health Services). ⏳ Under our 'Waits For You!' platform, designed to support work-life balance, we provide additional support to our colleagues through a variety of leave types such as Birthday, "Take Care of Yourself", Marriage, Report Card Day, Moving, Hourly Leave, Child Illness, Maternity and Paternity Leave.
