Responsibilities: Maintain and update web pages, product descriptions, images using our Content Management System (CMS) to ensure accurate and engaging content, and adherence to brand guidelines; perform basic copywriting and image editing as needed. Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain the backlog for website initiatives. Plan, execute, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT); raise defects, track resolution with IT, and validate fixes. Conduct Build Verification Testing (BVT) on production releases across browsers, operating systems, and devices; obtain sign-off before go-live. Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance and usage using Google Analytics (GA4); generate actionable insights and present recommendations to stakeholders. Assist to enhance user experience through A/B testing and other optimization methodologies; implement changes to improve conversions and online leads. Ensure accessibility, responsive design, page performance, and basic SEO practices are incorporated into all web initiatives. Maintain data privacy and regulatory compliance in all web activities; secure appropriate approvals for content and functionality. Coordinate incident response for website issues; troubleshoot with IT/vendors. Maintain thorough documentation, including site architecture, content inventories, test plans, release notes, and operating procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing or relevant disciplines 1-2 years related experience in website management, digital analytics, or A/B testing analysis, with foundational Agile knowledge is preferred Have basic understanding of content management system; Strong analytical capabilities and learning ability, can quickly adapt to deal with new disciplines and projects and dig deeper into relevant business and IT knowledge Good spoken and written English and Cantonese Strong communication skills for navigating through business requirements, ability to involve others in discussions of alternatives, asking for their suggestions and steering them to a mutually acceptable position Multitasking and feeling comfortable to manage multiple projects at any time Able to work proactively and under pressure against multiple deadlines Eager to learn on the job and flexible to adapt to new tools and technology Good team player to work in a diverse team as well as collaborate cross-functionally About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 50 markets and serving 95 million customers worldwide.
