Within Communication, Brand and Sustainability AXA Group, you will join the AXA Foundation team as Project officer. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support the review, selection and monitoring of nonprofit projects funded under the Solidarity pillar (including child protection and violence prevention programs). Contribute to project assessment: application review, impact analysis, and preparation of briefing notes for governance committees. Ensure operational follow-up of partnerships: agreements, reporting, impact KPIs, and coordination with partner organizations. Help organize partner events, key milestones and field visits. Contribute to content production (memos, presentations, impact reports, internal/external communication materials). Liaise with internal teams (foundation, business units, communications, compliance) and external partners. YOUR PROFILE University or graduate school student (social sciences, public affairs, project management, CSR, international relations, social economy...). Strong interest in social impact, inclusion and corporate philanthropy. Good analytical, writing and summarizing skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with project follow-up. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Fluent in French and comfortable in English (written and spoken).
