As a member of our Women's Cancer team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our scientific capabilities to patients by shaping access and adoption for our breast cancer portfolio.

Oncology vision
AstraZeneca's oncology vision is to redefine the cancer‑treatment paradigm and bring innovative medicines to patients. Our broad pipeline focuses on breast, ovarian, lung, and hematologic cancers, as well as other tumor types, driven by four key platforms: immuno‑oncology, genetic drivers and resistance, DNA damage response, and antibody-drug conjugates, enabled by personalized healthcare and biomarker technologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Sales and account management: Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for AstraZeneca's oncology portfolio-with emphasis on breast cancer-across hospital and institutional accounts in the Center & South; build account plans and execute territory strategies.

  • Clinical and scientific expertise: Maintain high clinical competency on approved indications, efficacy/safety profiles, and guideline updates; deliver compliant clinical presentations to multidisciplinary teams.

  • Patient journey excellence: Map and address barriers along the patient journey, coordinate cross‑functional actions to improve access and appropriate treatment for eligible patients.

  • Collaboration and strategy: Partner closely with the Sales Manager and parallel teams to build local business plans and meet or exceed sales, call, and coverage objectives.

  • Customer engagement: Develop long‑term relationships with oncologists, clinical pharmacists, nurse navigators, and other key stakeholders; maximize engagement within accounts and at medical meetings.

  • Operations and compliance: Diligently document activities in CRM; comply with all ethical and regulatory standards, including interactions with HCPs and distribution of samples.

Measures of success

  • Meeting or surpassing territory sales forecasts and activity goals.

  • Effective execution of territory business plans and local market strategies.

  • Strong, trust‑based relationships with key customers and evidence‑based influence on standard of care within label.

  • High‑quality clinical presentations and consistent performance in a complex selling environment.

Essential requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology/Life Sciences or related field.

  • 4-6 years of experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative.

  • Experience and/or knowledge in oncology strongly preferred.

  • Proven track record of building customer relationships and achieving goals.

  • Demonstrated clinical selling skills and business acumen in complex environments.

  • Fluent English; Hebrew proficiency for local engagement is an advantage.

  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

  • Team player with flexibility and strong interpersonal skills.
