At Amazon, we are seeking a Project Manager to spearhead a transformative initiative that will fundamentally reshape our PXT (People Experience and Technology) operations over the next 2-3 years. This role sits central to process excellence and technological innovation, driving standardization and digital transformation across all Business Lines within PXT operations. The position will be instrumental in revolutionizing our operational landscape through the strategic integration of AI technologies and advanced content management systems like AZA and COREX.
Reporting to the Country PMO Leader and maintaining a matrix reporting line to the EU Program Manager, this role will be central to establishing a unified process ecosystem that drives operational excellence and scalability across PXT Operations. The successful candidate will architect and implement standardized frameworks that enhance visibility, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring alignment with our bias for action principle.

-Lead comprehensive process mapping and standardization across business lines
-Establish robust governance frameworks ensuring consistent quality
-Create user-friendly, efficient workflows that enhance employee experience
-Monitor and maintain high standards in process implementation
Ownership & Deliver Results :
-Drive end-to-end process standardization initiatives
-Establish clear metrics and KPIs for success
-Track and report on efficiency gains and cost optimization
-Ensure successful adoption of standardized processes
-Work with field PXT teams to align on single, standardized processes
Invent and Simplify :
-Design and implement AI-ready workflows using tools like AZA and COREX
-Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
-Create streamlined, scalable solutions for complex operational challenges
-Develop innovative approaches to process standardization
Learn and Be Curious :
-Stay current with latest process improvement methodologies
-Explore new technologies and tools for process optimization
-Continuously gather and incorporate feedback for improvements
-Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
