POSITION SUMMARY / MISSION
To develop and implement, within the frameworkestablishedby Corporate People & Culture strategy, the localstrategyand programs.Work closely with localmanagement,internal stakeholders to support the organization and the current and future growth of employees. The P&CSeniorManager will lead the management of P&C processes in everything related to Talent Acquisition, Training,Development, Labour Relations, Compensation & Benefitsand People and Culture projects.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the People & Culture lead for the assigned business area, understanding organizational needs and translating them into impactful P&C solutions.
Advise leaders on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, team dynamics, and employee engagement.
Serve as a trusted consultant in navigating complexpeoplematters, enabling effective strategy execution and change adoption.
Own and manage all operational aspects of People & Culture within the area of responsibility, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Serve as the first point of contact for all employee queries, providingtimelyand effective guidance across P&C topics.
Partner with leaders to understand workforce plans,anticipatetalent needs, and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Coordinate corporate training programs and deliver training sessions as needed to support capability building. Champion development initiatives,identifyingskillgapsand proposing targeted interventions.
Coordinatethe annual performancemanagementand talentcycle, including calibration, objective setting, and feedback processes.
Partner with Corporate P&C on strategic talent programs and initiativesto alignonsuccessful local deployment.
Act as a cultural ambassador and change agent, promoting values, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Design and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, communication, and overall employee experience.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary analysis and references, review of payments and social benefits.
Internal communication:transmitcorporate messages on internal channels and be proactive in searching for messages to share with the teams.
Labour relations: Ensure compliance with local legislation and regulatory requirements and manage any employee relation issues.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduate in Psychology, Administration, Business or similar.
Mastersdegree inPeople& Culturefield is a plus.
Advanced spoken and written English (C1) isa must.
Minimum of5years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
