Requirements

Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, or related field; postgraduate training in health economics is a plus.

Purpose of the Role: The Senior Market Access Manager is accountable for developing and executing the market access strategy for Atopic Dermatitis, ensuring optimal pricing, reimbursement, and sustainable access across priority markets in Western Europe. The role operates as a senior individual contributor with strong strategic influence across functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end market access strategy for Atopic Dermatitis, aligned with global value, evidence generation, and brand objectives.
  • Define and implement access strategies across Western European markets.
  • Develop and deliver robust value propositions, including payer value narratives, and access tools.
  • Navigate and manage national and subnational access pathways, including regional decision-making, hospital formularies, and budget holders.
  • Drive post-launch evidence generation strategies (RWE, outcomes research, registries) to support reimbursement, renewals, and access optimization.
  • Anticipate and mitigate access risks related to policy changes, competitive dynamics, and evolving payer evidence requirements.
  • Act as the primary market access partner to Global Brand, Medical, HEOR, and Regional/Local Access teams.
  • Support affiliates in payer engagements and critical negotiations.
