About the Job

As an Chapter Lead in the Workplace Area with a focus on Product Ownership, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering innovative workplace solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration across Allianz Technology. You will lead and mentor a team of product owners, ensuring alignment with business goals, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team while ensuring the successful delivery of workplace solutions.

What you do

Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product owners, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Build team capabilities to meet current and future challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Act as a role model and provide guidance to ensure consistent application of product management best practices.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Drive innovation in workplace solutions by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.
  • Implement and promote best practices in product management, ensuring efficient and effective product development processes.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in workplace solutions and processes.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Define and establish metrics to measure product success and impact.
  • Regularly review product performance, analyzing data to make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Ensure alignment of product strategies with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on workplace solutions or related areas.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools, with practical experience in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and deliver results.
  • Proven ability to drive innovation and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • IMPORTANT: This is not a Management/Director/Head-of-Department level position. Any profiles mismatching the required seniority level will not be considered.
