Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of planning experience in large EPC construction projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning tools.
Strong knowledge of project scheduling under FIDIC contracts.
Familiarity with the full EPC lifecycle: design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Strong capabilities in schedule analysis, resource coordination, and risk management.
Ability to independently prepare planning reports and technical documentation in English.
English must be usable as a working language; Spanish is preferred.
Previous international project experience will be highly valued.
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

🛠 Position: Planning Engineer - Data Center Project

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to collaborate with us on the construction of a Data Center in Vicálvaro (Madrid), ensuring accurate planning, scheduling, and progress control across all project phases in a dynamic international environment. If you have experience in EPC project planning and schedule control, we want to meet you!
📋 Your responsibilities:
- Prepare overall project schedules, phase schedules, and detailed execution plans.
- Develop and maintain project WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), critical path schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress, perform schedule analysis, and issue delay alerts and risk warnings.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including client reporting documentation.
- Coordinate schedule interfaces across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Support the Project Manager in acceleration plans and resource optimization strategies.
- Participate in delay claims and Extension of Time (EOT) analysis within EPC contract frameworks.
- Organize and follow up planning coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
- Maintain and update project schedule databases, planning files, and historical records.
- Perform additional duties assigned by Project Management to support project delivery.
