Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Law, Civil Engineering, International Business, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in international contract management within construction projects.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC Red Book conditions and international contract administration practices.
Proven experience in claims, variations, and commercial management in EPC, infrastructure, or data center projects.
Familiarity with fast-track project environments and complex contractual frameworks.
Knowledge of claims procedures including Notices, Contemporary Records, EOT, Disruption, and Acceleration claims.
Experience with Primavera P6 and schedule-based delay analysis techniques.
Strong skills in contract risk management, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
Ability to independently prepare English contractual reports, claim submissions, and commercial documentation.
English must be used as a working language; Spanish is preferred.

🛠 Position: FIDIC Contract Manager - Data Center Project

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to collaborate with us on the construction of a Data Center in Vicálvaro (Madrid). If you have experience in FIDIC contracts, claims management, and large-scale international construction projects, we want to meet you!
📋 Your responsibilities:
- Manage contract administration and execution under the FIDIC Red Book framework.
- Lead variation management, claims, counterclaims, and delay analysis activities.
- Establish and maintain contract management systems and claim alert mechanisms, ensuring compliance with contractual notice requirements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Extension of Time (EOT), variation orders, and cost claims.
- Coordinate with construction, planning, cost control, and technical teams for evidence collection, event recording, and contractual analysis.
- Prepare claim submissions, contractual notices, commercial correspondence, and formal claim documentation.
- Monitor critical path changes, identify schedule risks, and support claim strategy development.
- Participate in commercial negotiations for main contracts, subcontracts, and procurement agreements.
- Review contractual correspondence, meeting minutes, variation instructions, and related documentation.
- Support dispute avoidance and dispute resolution processes, including risk identification and mitigation strategies.
- Assist in acceleration analysis, resource impact evaluation, and delay assessment studies.
- Coordinate commercial and contractual matters with clients, engineers, legal advisors, and third parties.
- Participate in project close-out and Final Account negotiations.
- Perform additional duties assigned by Project Management.
