Requirements

Experience with international/overseas construction safety management procedures.
Strong capability in site risk identification, hazard prevention, and emergency response management.
English must be usable as a working language; Spanish language skills are preferred.

🛠 Position: HSE Manager - Data Center Project

We are looking for an HSE Manager to collaborate with us on the construction of a Data Center in Vicálvaro (Madrid), ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management throughout project execution in an international and dynamic environment. If you have experience in construction safety management, risk assessment, and large-scale industrial or data center projects, we want to meet you!
📋 Your responsibilities:
- Establish and implement the project HSE management system, ensuring compliance with EU and Spanish health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead site safety management, including risk identification, hazard prevention, and control measures.
- Prepare and implement HSE plans, emergency response plans, and specialized safety procedures.
- Organize safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and pre-job safety briefings to promote a strong safety culture on site.
- Supervise high-risk construction activities, including working at height, lifting operations, hot works, confined space activities, and temporary electrical works.
- Conduct safety inspections, corrective action follow-ups, and accident investigations, ensuring lessons learned are effectively implemented.
- Coordinate environmental protection initiatives, including waste management, noise control, and energy-saving activities.
- Coordinate HSE audits and inspections with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Manage HSE reports, statistics, documentation, and compliance records.
- Promote and support the achievement of the "Zero Accident" target across the project.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Project Manager to support successful project delivery.
