We are expanding the Intelligent Consulting Hub in Barcelona and Madrid and are looking for an HR Transformation Manager with solid experience in Digital HR, enterprise HCM platforms, and advanced AI capabilities applied to the HR function.
Functions
- Lead the design of business and digital HR solutions enabled by Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, defining high-impact use cases and framing architectures aligned with the client's HR operating model.
- Define future HR visions, operating models, processes, and service layers integrating automation, cloud platforms, and enhanced employee experience journeys.
- Drive workforce transformation projects, identifying future skills, analyzing gaps, and building reskilling and upskilling strategies supported by analytics and AI.
- Oversee the execution of end-to-end HR transformation programs, ensuring functional quality in implementations on platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders across global and local environments, ensuring delivery excellence and project governance.
- Conduct HR process assessments, design new process flows supported by AI-driven capabilities, and guide the functional configuration of HCM platforms.
- Define adoption and change management strategies, building training materials, communication plans, and enablement approaches for digital HR solutions.
- Ensure technical and functional integration of AI components within HR ecosystems, collaborating closely with data, architecture, and engineering teams to guarantee scalability, usability, and security.
- Contribute to presales activities, proposal development, and client workshops to position HR Transformation and AI-powered HR solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR Transformation, Digital HR, HR Consulting, or HR functional leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major HCM platform (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, Eightfold). Certifications are a strong plus.
- Practical experience applying AI to HR processes, including Talent Acquisition automation, Learning personalization, workforce analytics, or employee support via AI agents.
- Strong consulting abilities: analytical thinking, structured communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle complex engagements.
- High level of English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a strong asset.
- Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
- Strong appetite for learning emerging technologies related to AI and HR Tech.
Work modality
The position is based in Barcelona or Madrid under a hybrid work model, combining days working from home with days at the office, where you will collaborate and generate synergies with your team.
